Submit a project proposal completing the application on the IPEF web site. Please be sure to complete the following
COMPLETE PERSONAL/SCHOOL/PROJECT INFORMATION. Note the area where no identifying references are made.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: Include mention of purpose, relevance to existing programs, number and level of students to be affected, involvement of other staff members, methods, materials, and procedures. Be sure not to include any identifying references.
TIME FRAME: Account for both planning and implementation phases.
COST BREAKDOWN/OTHER FUNDING:Break down the cost of the project, including the cost of materials/resources, travel fees, etc. Also, please indicate whether the amount requested represents total or partial funding. Have you requested funding from other sources? If so, from whom?
EVALUATION: How will success of project be measured? What can be presented or communicated to the Foundation board?
Please limit any supporting documents to two pages.
